JESS HAS ALWAYS BEEN A STRATEGIST AND
She practised commercial dispute resolution as a lawyer for 8 years in Auckland and London city firms.
However during this time, her interest in and aptitude for the people management side of legal practice became clearer, leading her out of legal practice and into organisational development.
Building on this foundation, Jess worked for voluntary organisations in London and more recently back in Auckland, facilitating groups and coaching individuals in business-related issues and providing mentoring support in a range of relationships. While working, she studied leadership, business strategy, management, team development and coaching/mentoring.
But the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Jess is now called upon to assist with complex workplace relationship issues and to deliver coaching, facilitating and mentoring services to people working in a wide variety of industries and organisations.
